WMU Home > About WMU > WMU News Spring dean's list available onlineAug. 22, 2006 KALAMAZOO--The spring 2006 Western Michigan University dean's list is available online. Proud parents and family members may visit www.wmich.edu/deanslist to find the names of their sons and daughters. U.S. students are listed first, alphabetically by state and hometown, beginning with Alabama. Following the U.S. listings are students from other countries, listed alphabetically by country and hometown. Listed last, alphabetically by name, are students for whom no hometown was given. Hometown newspaper editors are invited to copy the names of students from the cities in their newspapers' distribution areas. The posting for the spring semester of the 2005-06 academic year marks the first time the WMU dean's list has been available online. Dean's lists are reported for both the fall and spring semesters in each academic year. To be eligible for dean's list honors, students must have earned at least a 3.5 grade point average on a scale of 4.0 in at least 12 hours of graded class work.
