WMU Home > About WMU > WMU News MODA fashion show benefits Komen FoundationNov. 6, 2006 KALAMAZOO--"Fusion," a runway fashion show featuring Western Michigan University student designs, local boutiques and other local talents in makeup, hair, modeling and music, takes place Saturday, Nov. 11, at 7:30 p.m. in the exhibition hall at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in downtown Kalamazoo. General admission tickets are $7 each and will be available at the door. VIP tickets are on sale for $25 and include complimentary hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar and reserved seating. One-half of the proceeds of the event will benefit the Southwest Michigan affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation to eradicate breast cancer as a life-threatening disease.
