WMU Home > About WMU > WMU News Summer registration under way for WMU classesApril 14, 2007 KALAMAZOO--With Western Michigan University's Summer I session beginning May 7 and its Summer II session starting June 28, new and returning students can register now for courses available at all WMU campuses, including branch campuses in Battle Creek, Benton Harbor, Grand Rapids, Lansing, Muskegon/Holland, South Haven and Traverse City. Students are encouraged to register early to secure preferred class selections and to take advantage of financial aid opportunities. Information on undergraduate and graduate courses as well as registration details can be found at: eup.wmich.edu/enrollment/spring07. WMU branch campuses offer a range of degree options and special summer programs. Through WMU's Mallinson Institute for Science Education summer workshops and courses are offered that are aligned with Michigan's Benchmarks and Standards for Science Education to help pre-K-12 teachers update their science content knowledge. WMU's Department of Teaching, Learning and Educational Studies offers new, intensive three-week summer Teacher Institutes, as well as courses offered in four-week, six-week, and eight-week terms.
