Julie Reynolds TabbiaMay 30, 2007 Julie Reynolds Tabbia, retired manager of Insurance Services at Western Michigan University, died May 27 at Rose Arbor Hospice in Kalamazoo. She was 55. Tabbia came to WMU in 1995 to help start a health insurance billing program at the Sindecuse Health Center. Born in Kalamazoo, she previously worked in insurance billing for Kalamazoo Neurology. Visitation with family and friends will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 31, at Betzer Life Story Funeral Home in Kalamazoo. A memorial service also will be there at 11 a.m. Friday, June 1.
