Year's final paychecks available earlyDec. 14, 2007 KALAMAZOO--Western Michigan University will distribute the final paychecks of 2007 and make direct deposits to employee accounts on Friday, Dec. 21, since the University will be closed for holiday recess on the regularly scheduled payday. Wage and Tax Forms (W-2) will be mailed to employee home addresses in January. Employees who have moved during the past year and have not yet updated their home address information with Human Resources need to complete and submit a Change of Address and Name Form by Dec. 21 to assure that their W-2 forms are mailed to the correct address.
