GoWMU and GroupWise e-mail offline SundayOct. 1, 2008 KALAMAZOO--GoWMU, Western Michigan University's secure intranet portal, and the entire GroupWise e-mail system will be unavailable for varying periods Sunday, Oct. 5. GoWMU will be offline from 7 to 9 a.m. Both ECS webmail and e-learning, usually accessed through
GoWMU, will be available and may be accessed directly at webmail.wmich.edu and wmich.edu/elearning, respectively. GroupWise e-mail accounts will be unavailable from 6 a.m. to noon. All messages sent to GroupWise account holders during the down time will be delivered as soon as the system is returned to service. System users who have questions or experience problems with GoWMU or GroupWise after the upgrades are completed should contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@wmich.edu or (269) 387-HELP (387-4357).
