Student government constitution amendedDec. 15, 2008 KALAMAZOO--Acting at the request of the Western Student Association, Western Michigan University's student government organization, WMU trustees approved an amendment to the WSA constitution. The new language calls for the organization to comply with the policies, procedures and practices of the University, Student Activities and Leadership Programs as well as all local, state and federal laws. Adding the new language is part of the process through which student groups re-register their organizations with the University.
