Advertising guru shares his expertise

KALAMAZOO--An authority on the ins and outs of advertising will share his considerable knowledge on how to best reach the public during a talk on Thursday, Jan. 22, at Western Michigan University.

Tony Rubleski, president of Mind Capture Group and a 1994 WMU graduate, will give advertising insights from his new book "Mind Capture: How You Can Stand Out in the Age of Advertising Deficit Disorder." The discussion, which is free and open to the public, will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. in WMU's Brown Auditorium in Schneider Hall, home of the Haworth College of Business.

Rubleski is visiting WMU as part of his North American book tour. His discussion will focus on referral, retention and repeat marketing strategies for a wide range of industries, including real estate, insurance, telecommunications, casinos, retail, direct sale and banking.

His expertise, teaching and work focus on the topic of capturing customers' minds. His work has been featured on radio, television and online, as well as in magazines and newspapers ranging from Bottom Line Magazine, The Detroit Free Press, the FOX TV Network, Entrepreneur Magazine Radio Show, PRWeb.com and the Inside Success Show in various interviews with some of the highest-profile marketing and sales professionals.
