The measure passed by the board means that EUP undergraduate students will pay $318.28 per credit hour, an increase of $20.82 per credit hour, while graduate tuition will rise to $449.94 per credit hour, an increase of $29.44 per credit hour over last year's tuition. The new rates represent a 7 percent tuition increase compared with the 2008-09 academic year. EUP tuition rates are charged separately from flat-rate tuition assessed for full-time WMU undergraduates.

EUP students also will be assessed a $20-per-class technology fee, which is unchanged from the past year.

Through Extended University Programs, WMU maintains regional sites in Battle Creek, Benton Harbor/St. Joseph, Grand Rapids, Lansing, Muskegon and Traverse City. EUP also oversees the University's online course offerings.

More information about EUP tuition and fees is available online.
