City commission candidates on campus for public forumOct. 26, 2009 KALAMAZOO--Several of the candidates vying to win seats on the Kalamazoo City Commission during next month's election will square off in a public forum set for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, in the Fetzer Center on the Western Michigan University campus. Sponsored by the Western Student Association and the WMU Institute of Government and Politics, the free public event will be moderated by Gordon Evans of WMUK-FM, WMU's public radio station.
