WMU hosts men's choral festival ThursdayMarch 9, 2010 KALAMAZOO--Western Michigan University will host all-male choral groups from three Michigan high schools as well as showcase its own Amphion Men's Ensemble in an invitational Thursday, March 11. The closing concert, which is open to the public free of charge, will take place at 8:15 p.m. in the University's Dalton Center Recital Hall. The show will include a variety of jazz, pop, classical and traditional music. High schools choirs featured include: Northville High School's BackBeat, conducted by Mary Kay Pryce; Haslett High School Men's Chorale, led by Erich Wangeman; and Grand Haven High School's Sweet Harmony, directed by Shirley Lemon.
