WMU extends Ferris lease of Spindler HallJuly 27, 2010 KALAMAZOO--At its July 23 meeting, Western Michigan University's Board of Trustees extended the lease of space within Spindler Hall to Ferris State University's pharmacy program. Ferris has utilized space at Spindler on WMU's East Campus since 1999, and the prior lease expired June 30. The new arrangement involves approximately 10,000 square feet and will be for three years beginning July 1. The base rent for the first year is $90,595.80 and will increase 3 percent annually.
