Jo Rachel (Turner) HorsfordFeb. 16, 2011 Jo Rachel (Turner) Horsford, formerly McLemore, died Nov. 22 in Kalamazoo. She was 84. McLemore came to Western Michigan University in 1966 and retired from the staff in 1983 after 17 years of service to the University. She was a secretary in the business and finance area.
