    Jessica Sweet has an incredible capacity for accomplishment. As a first-generation, contemporary student at WMU, she earned her degree while raising two children and working a full-time and part-time job. In 1999, she started what would become a more than 20-year career in the medical device and consulting industries, and was recently named vice president of client services at Jetco Solutions, a consultancy firm that helps businesses navigate the government’s complex procurement process.

Working in these industries drove Sweet to appreciate new ideas and concepts, and encourage collaboration to drive efficiency. This experience led her to roles in quality systems, customer service, marketing and communication, medical education, trade compliance and healthcare ethics compliance. She has built a career supporting process improvement, and some of her most valued achievements include developing a compliance and sales focus group and leading her team through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
