Julie Auflick

Julie Auflick currently serves as the vice president of merchandising for the Kroger Michigan Division, where she oversees the merchandising strategy and execution across 119 stores statewide. A highly motivated and results-driven leader, Auflick brings more than two decades of retail experience spanning operations, merchandising and talent development. She is a graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in human resources.

Throughout her career, she has held key leadership roles with Fred Meyer and Kroger, including district manager and merchandiser for produce and grocery departments. She has consistently delivered top-performing results by leading with purpose, developing strong teams and executing with excellence. Her leadership and industry impact have been recognized with numerous honors, including being named one of Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery in both 2011 and 2019.

Auflick also actively gives back to the community as a member of the Board of Directors for Gleaners Community Food Bank. Her involvement directly supports and aligns with Kroger’s Zero Hunger | Zero Waste social impact plan, reflecting her deep commitment to ending hunger and eliminating waste in the communities Kroger serves.
