Tina Browen

Tina Browen is responsible for the strategic planning, creative direction, development, and implementation and execution for all Jewel-Osco marketing and advertising activity, including all marketing channels.

Browen’s scope spans all store departments including produce, meat, seafood, alcohol, grocery, general merchandise and more. Managing an annual budget of more than $30 million inclusive of advertising, digital marketing, broadcast, production, community involvement and signage, she impacts 189 locations across Illinois, Indiana and Iowa. Many of Browen’s concepts and best practices have been rolled out to sister divisions across the nation. 

Browen has worked as the senior marketing director for the past 11 years. Before that, she was on the agency side and worked as the marketing director for Ivie & Associates. She has also spent time on the CPG side, while working for Recycled Paper Greetings in marketing and operations. She has been named to Progressive Grocer’s list of Top Women in Grocery in 2016, 2021, 2024 and 2025 and has been invited to speak on numerous panels both for professionals as well as for students at universities.

Browen is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio where she earned her undergraduate degree in marketing and international business. She received her MBA in marketing from Roosevelt University in December 2016.
