Kristin Crouse is a seasoned consumer research and analytics executive with over 20 years of experience helping CPG companies grow through data-driven strategies. She holds dual degrees in marketing and statistics from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has held roles at Decision Insight and Hallmark Cards, where she led initiatives in analytics, consumer insights, retailer business planning and innovation.
Since 2013, Crouse has been with Circana (formerly IRI), where she currently serves as senior vice president of client insights. She oversees a portfolio of midsized manufacturers and leads strategic engagement efforts across Circana’s small and midsize manufacturer clients—advocating for accessible, scalable insights that drive growth.
In recognition of her impact, she was named to the Top Women in Grocery: Senior Level Executives by Progressive Grocer in 2023. In her personal time, she co-founded the Parkville Microbrew Festival and has co-chaired the event since its inception in 2004, growing it into one of Missouri’s largest not-for-profit beer festivals. She also contributes her industry perspective as a member of the Western Michigan University Food Marketing Advisory Board.
