Michael P. Doss is the president and CEO of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Doss is formerly the president and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to these positions, he served as the executive vice president, commercial operations of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Doss has also held the positions of senior vice president, consumer packaging division, vice president, consumer products packaging, and vice president of operations, universal packaging division at the company. Doss was director of web systems for the universal packaging sivision prior to his promotion to vice president.
Since joining Graphic Packaging International Corporation in 1990, Doss has held positions of increasing management and responsibility, including plant manager at the Gordonsville, Tennessee and Wausau, Wisconsin plants. He earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial marketing in 1989 and a Master of Business Administration in 1991 from Western Michigan University. He is also a graduate of Harvard University’s General Manager Program.
Doss serves on the Board of Directors for the American Forest and Paper Association, the Sustainable Forestry Initiative, the Paper Recycling Coalition, the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Regal Rexnord Corporation, and the American Bird Conservancy. He also serves on Board of Councilors for The Carter Center and the Board of Trustees for the Woodruff Arts Center, and he is active in the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.
