Tricia Greyshock

Tricia Greyshock serves as president and CEO of National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association (NFRA), working closely with all departments and the Board of Directors to ensure the association’s mission is fulfilled and its long-term success secured. She oversees NFRA’s marketing, membership, meetings and operational strategies while driving new initiatives, including the launch of the First Penguin Next Generation Leadership Program, designed to cultivate rising leaders in the frozen and refrigerated foods industry, as well as the Penguin Pitch, NFRA’s emerging brand contest spotlighting innovation and entrepreneurship in the frozen and refrigerated aisles.

She joined NFRA in 2019 and previously held the roles of executive vice president and chief operating officer, as well as vice president of meetings and industry relations. Before NFRA, she held senior positions including vice president of association services at a statewide nonprofit, and has worked in sales, new business development, global congress program management and experiential marketing with organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Convatec, Impact XM, and the Pennsylvania NewsMedia Association.

She is a graduate of the Cornell Food Executive Program and earned her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude in international business and Spanish, with a minor in economics, from Lycoming College.

Greyshock has been recognized with the FoRWARD Award by Frozen & Refrigerated Buyer, and has been included in Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery and in the Shelby-Griffin Report’s Women of Influence listing.
