Anthony Kyles is leading the U.S. retail sales team for Campbell’s soups, meals, sauces and beverages, driving growth with the company’s retail customers.
He joined Campbell’s after serving as vice president of national accounts for Frito-Lay at PepsiCo. Joining PepsiCo in 2007, Kyles held multiple roles with increasing leadership responsibilities, overseeing category growth strategies across a variety of channels. A results-oriented leader, he has expertise in operations, marketing, sales, shopper insights and manufacturing.
Throughout his career, he has provided visionary leadership, instilled a culture of transparency, built long-term relationships, and successfully managed complex product portfolios. Kyles excels at accelerating the innovation pipeline, as well as fusing analytics and insights to develop products that address consumer and retailer demand.
Previously, he worked at IBM as a systems engineer for several years before transitioning to sales as a senior executive leading sales and engineering teams.
Kyles values community engagement and currently serves as a board member for the Collin County Business Alliance and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
