Jackie LaPointe is an experienced sales leader with a successful track record of exceeding goals and has consistently remained in the top 1% of sales performers at various companies. She brings deep experience in process improvement, team mentorship and has a keen ability to think outside the box.
As the 7-Eleven enterprise director at PepsiCo, she manages and leads the 7-Eleven and Speedway business for the west division—focusing on maximizing topline performance and driving local initiatives to ensure profitable growth for PepsiCo's extensive beverage portfolio within their number one convenience and gas retailer. In her current role, LaPointe excels in strategic planning, leading and developing a diverse team and managing critical customer relationships. Her innovative approach has been pivotal in achieving significant business milestones.
Previously, LaPointe was a part of Blue Cloud Distribution, PepsiCo’s alcohol division. She led selling efforts and overall sales strategy for off-premise channels across the west division, along with building and developing her team. She was a key driver in cultivating relationships with existing and new retailers while building the business from the ground up.
Before Blue Cloud, she held various sales leadership roles at The Boston Beer Company and Upside. She was responsible for driving BBC’s sales volume and market goals, creating and executing a multi-market strategy for all brand platforms, and collaborating with leadership to increase their portfolio visibility and account base. She has been consistently recognized for her excellence in team culture, creativity and innovation. At Upside, LaPointe spearheaded the development of a sales strategy that helped increase revenue and reach high-growth targets related to the company’s grocery business.
She has a bachelor’s degree in public relations and communications from Florida State University. In her spare time, she mentors young professionals and enjoys all types of competitive athletic events from road cycling, to running, to triathlons and duathlons.
