Terry is a seasoned executive, renowned creative thought leader, and staunch advocate for education. She demonstrates her commitment to academic development by funding college scholarship programs for students majoring in business at Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business. Additionally, she has served on the board of directors for both the Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County and the Western Michigan University Alumni Association Board, Haworth College of Business Advisory Council and Food Marketing Advisory Board. Her dedication to academia has been evident as she previously was a professor of entrepreneurship at Texas A&M University-Texarkana.

Throughout her illustrious career, she has earned numerous accolades, including being honored as Woman of The Year, Economic Empowerer of the Year, Outstanding Young Alumni, and Philanthropist of the Year. She has also been recognized as one of the Top 25 Moguls and Influencers to Know and in 2024 she will be awarded The Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award; the most prestigious civilian volunteer award in the United States.

Terry holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing in 2003 from Western Michigan University and an MBA from the Lee Business School at the University of Nevada. Her diverse educational background, coupled with her extensive experience and unwavering dedication to philanthropy and education, solidifies her reputation as a distinguished leader in both academia and business.
