Pat Witte is the chief customer officer at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling (RCCB), where he leads with a deep commitment to customer success, strategic growth and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, he oversees RCCB’s customer organization—including customer relationships, sales execution and long-range strategic initiatives. He partners closely with revenue growth and commercial teams to drive business performance and deliver strong top-line results.
With more than 30 years of experience in the Coca-Cola system, Witte brings a well-rounded, customer-first perspective to the business. He has served in a range of senior leadership roles across the organization, including vice president of convenience retail stores, vice president of national retail stores and vice president of revenue growth management. His broad experience across channels and functions uniquely positions him to lead RCCB’s national sales team and champion a customer-focused culture.
Witte earned his degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.
