WMU's volleyball team takes on No. 2-ranked Nebraska on Labor Day in the only public event on campus during the three-day holiday weekend. The contest begins at 12:30 p.m. Monday in University Arena. A pregame 'Fan Fest' begins at 11 a.m. outside the arena. Listed below are Labor Day weekend hours for selected university offices and services. Faculty, students and the public are encouraged to call ahead to make sure that a particular office on campus is open. For emergencies only, contact WMU Public Safety at (269) 387-5555. Admissions office is closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday, Sept. 4-6. Computer labs in the Bernhard Center are open during normal hours, Saturday and Sunday and closed Monday, Sept. 6. UCC labs are closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday, Sept. 4-6. Student Recreation Center is open normal hours Saturday and Sunday and open special hours, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday, Sept. 6. Sindecuse Health Center, including the pharmacy, is closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday, Sept. 4-6. Medical emergencies should be referred to local hospitals or other health care providers. Waldo Library closes at 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 3, is open noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, and is closed Sunday and Monday, Sept. 5-6. West Hills Athletic Club closes at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 3, is open 7 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 4, and is closed Sunday and Monday, Sept. 5-6.
