KALAMAZOO--Early registration at a discounted fee is due by Sunday, May 22, for those interested in TurboKick training at Western Michigan University. TurboKick blends intense intervals and endurance training choreographed to motivating music.
Two programs will be offered Sunday, June 5, in Room 1020 of the Student Recreation Center.
Pro Training to improve form and technique is 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and costs $155 with registration by May 22. After May 22, the fee is $195.
Instructor Training to earn ACE/AFAA certification or continuing education credit is 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. It costs $189 with registration by May 22, and $229 after that.
