KALAMAZOO--The Western Michigan University Board of Trustees is expected to tackle the issues of tuition and budget for the 2011-12 academic year when it meets in a public session on campus at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 9, in Rooms 157-159 of the Bernhard Center.
Agenda items include a general fund operating budget for the fiscal year that begins July 1 and tuition rates for both on-campus and Extended University Program classes.
In addition, trustees will consider acceptance of a series of consent items that include reports on personnel changes as well as gifts and grants received during March and April, and a recommendation to amend language in the University's parking ordinance.
