Bronco Express
New location opened July 18
Bronco Express has moved to the lower level of the Bernhard Center, across from Campus Trends.
Located on the lower level of the Bernhard Center, the student service center improves the way Western Michigan University students receive some key services. Bronco Express is a response to student requests for one, convenient, year-round spot to take care of everyday University business. Bronco Express will assist students with transactions and questions related to registration, financial aid, making payments and their student accounts.

As of August 11, 2010, here's how you pay on your student account:
- Online using electronic transfer from checking or savings account.
- By Mail, using check (no credit or debit cards).
- In person at Bronco Express using check or cash (no credit or debit cards).
- Online using American Express, MasterCard or Discover debit or credit cards, subject to a 2.75% convenience fee by a third-party payment service (NO VISA cards accepted).
To make a payment log on to https://gowmu.wmich.edu/ with your Bronco Net ID and password.
- Click "Student Home" tab
- Click "Payment and Account Information"
- Select "Make a payment" or click on the "Payments" tab for more options and to view your bill
At Bronco Express we will still be able to accept Cash, Checks and Money Orders. If you have any questions feel free to call 269-387-6000.
A VALID bronco ID will be required for ALL transactions. We will NOT accept:
- Faded cards
- License
- ID's from other schools
- Old WMU cards without the WIN #
Hours
Open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesdays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Services
With no appointment needed, Bronco Express is a location where students can:
- Apply for financial aid or pick up the appropriate forms
- Check on the status of a financial aid application
- Identify expected dates of financial aid disbursements
- Check account balances and get clarification on charges
- Make payments on accounts
- Set necessary appointments with Financial Aid Counselor

WMU New Students
Financial Aid Check List (Download)
Please visit your GoWMU Portal at https://gowmu.wmich.edu/
- Log in with your Bronco Net ID and temporary password (found on your admissions letter)
- Click on the Student Home Tab
- A student's WIN (Western Identification Number) is found on the 'User Information Lookup'.
Only the student can have access to their grades and financial aid information. The student can add additional individuals to be an Authorized User to view these items. This will allow someone, such as the student's parent, to view information on the student's account and speak with our Financial Aid and Bronco Express Team.
- To add an Authorized User to your account:
- Click "Student Home" tab.
- Click "Payment and Account Information".
- Click on the 'Authorized User' tab.
- Please provide the new user's e-mail address and answer the appropriate yes/no questions.

To check the status of your financial aid, view your bill, register for classes, to view your award letter, and announcements log onto the GOWMU portal!
