    Passion and diligence are two traits that represent Joseph DiClemente. As vice president of strategic execution at RPM, a top logistics provider in vehicle and freight transportation, he has expertise in operational throughput, improving processes, working lean and delivering on company initiatives.

DiClemente is passionate about facilitating those ‘aha’ moments that change mindsets. Strategy and growth are the goals that fuel his operations and marketing acumen, prowess for product brainstorming, and entrepreneurial spirit.

A two-time honoree of The 30, DiClemente previously worked in purchasing at General Motors. He managed some of the largest contracts at GM, totaling over $324 million, all while trying to make the world more streamlined through innovation and urban mobility. For his efforts, he was a 60-plus-time recipient of the GM Recognition Award, given to employees who exhibit innovation and exceptional service to coworkers and suppliers.

Hobbies: “I have a passion for sustainability, regeneration and addressing climate change. I love staying active by surfing, mountain biking and working out. I enjoy reading, meditating and gardening to stay connected. The Detroit Lions are my favorite football team, and I also love watching soccer.”
