Chief Visionary
Phillip Garcia was born to lead. As operations manager of Commercial Construction Incorporated—a family-owned provider of construction services for the automotive, power generation and manufacturing industries—he oversees all functions of the business, from financials to strategic planning to project management. In the four years since Garcia took the helm, he and his team have secured and managed over $20 million in new business—testing the company’s abilities and spanning new boundaries in specialty contracting.
With ambitions for increasing sales and output in the future, Garcia was selected to participate in the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative Education Scaling Program, a highly competitive course for rising business leaders. The experience connected him to a valuable network of successful entrepreneurs and leaders across the country.
Outside of business, Garcia is an avid volunteer for organizations like Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Fallen and Wounded Soldiers Fund, and is also a member of the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce and Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
