Acceptance speech

Wow! I want to say thank you to those who nominated me for this award (sneaky people!), and to the committee who ultimately chose me as the recipient. I am so grateful to work in an environment where every individual has the ability to contribute to the culture. It has always been my mission for our college to embody a "culture of success" in where every person feels like they are a part of our CEHD family. We celebrate, we cry, we fight, we persist--together. I appreciate those who have recognized my efforts, and I am ecstatic about being able to continue to lock arms with others from the college who wish to do the same.
