Downtown Kalamazoo Ambassador Program Launches

Last week, the Kalamazoo Downtown Partnership welcomed their dedicated team of Downtown Ambassadors to keep the downtown clean, beautiful, and friendly. Already there's a noticeable difference in downtown. In just the first two days of the program, ambassadors: - Picked up 4731 pounds of trash - Executed weed abatement on 36 downtown blocks - Removed 101 instances of graffiti - Connected with 33 local businesses Ambassadors are here to make your downtown experience a positive and memorable one - so don't hesitate to stop them for directions, places to shop and dine, information about events, or other assistance.
