Wellness services

The rising cost of health care has re-invigorated the corporate interest in making the fiscally responsible decision to invest in the prevention of chronic disease in the workforce. The risk of Diabetes, Hypertension (High Blood Pressure), Hypercholesterolemia (High Cholesterol), Obesity, Stroke, and some forms of Cancer can be reduced through exercise.

Exercise prescription

Custom exercise programs are created and implemented based on the workforce's priority areas. Exercise specificity can positively affect all of the elements included in the assessment. The result is a healthier and more productive staff that will ultimately be less likely to become sick or injured.

Small group training (SMG)

Personal training in groups of 4-10 can be conducted on-site or at West Hills. We offer dozens of formats to accommodate any age or fitness level with professional trainers. SMG has become one of the fastest-growing fitness programs because of its energetic atmosphere and participant comradery.

Group exercise classes

Group fitness classes are designed to provide your employees with a safe, effective, and enjoyable workout while maintaining a professional, positive attitude. Larger group classes can be taught on-site or at West Hills by dynamic instructors that provide extra motivation, socialization, and consistency in workouts. West Hills features Free Les Mills classes with membership.

Nutrition counseling

Our Smart Start nutrition counseling can be conducted on-site or at West Hills by our Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Evan Kohler.

Fitness and wellness consulting

Companies with corporate memberships will benefit from having a professional fitness and wellness consultant.  Tyler Norman will be available to provide your employees with fitness and wellness coaching, conduct on-site presentations, provide attendance reports if requested, identify areas of need specific to your company, and provide any other fitness/wellness-related service.

Fitness center staffing services

If your company has invested in an on-site fitness facility and wants to arrange staffing, West Hills can schedule professional trainers to conduct various services while supervising the area. Our trainers are customer-centered to ensure an optimal experience for your employees.
