Enrollment

All memberships have an enrollment fee:

  • $100 for a 12-month agreement
  • $150 for a month-to-month with no agreement 

We offer a waived enrollment fee for first responders, police, fire, and active military. Must provide badge or ID.

The following times are our set office hours. However, you may also call and schedule an appointment, or our front desk representatives can assist you with a tour and information.

A one-person membership for ages 19 and up. Includes: Access to the fitness floor, the group fitness classes, and the new member orientation package.

A parent with an individual membership plus children ages 13-20 living at the same address. Children must be 13 years of age to go on the fitness floor or attend group fitness classes. Includes: Access to the fitness floor, the group fitness classes, and the new member orientation package. Children 12 and under can be added to a membership at no additional cost to receive member rates on personal training and tennis.

  • $88 per month for a month-to-month with no agreement

A two-person membership for ages 19 and up living at the same address (e.g., roommate, significant other, spouse or relative). Includes: Access to the fitness floor, the group fitness classes, and the new member orientation package.

A couples membership plus children ages 13–20 living at the same address. Children must be 13 years of age to go on the fitness floor or attend group fitness classes. Includes: Access to the fitness floor, the group fitness classes (ages 18 and up only), and the new member orientation package. Children 12 and under can be added to a membership at no additional cost to receive member rates on personal training and tennis.

West Hills is a fun, safe place for teens to work out with friends and build self-esteem. They will meet with a personal trainer before they get started for an equipment orientation and safe sample workouts.

Start on the right path

As a new member, we want to ensure you start on the right path. One of our certified personal trainers will contact you within 72 hours after you have completed your introductory to personal training form online. The new member orientation package includes a fitness consultation and a complimentary personal training session.

Introduction to personal training program

As a new West Hills Athletic Club member, you will be assigned your trainer, who will take you through an equipment orientation, a fitness consultation, and two 30-minute personal training sessions.

Free tennis evaluation

One of our tennis professionals will give you a tennis evaluation in a group setting. The pro will evaluate your skill level and direct you to the appropriate tennis program. Even if you're not a player, starting a new sport is never too late!

Pickleball skills level assessment

Our pickleball professional will give you a 30-minute one-on-one pickleball skills assessment. Learn more about our pickleball programs and all the FUN that awaits you! New players are welcome!

Pilates on the Reformer demonstration

Spend a half-hour with one of our Pilates instructors in our Pilates studio. Pilates on the Reformer produces long, lean muscles and dramatically transforms how your body looks, feels, and performs.

Meet with our weight loss coordinator, Tyler Norman, and learn about our popular and successful Biometrics program. West Hills Athletic Club has programs for every lifestyle and budget.

To maintain an active membership, all of our memberships must have an account from which we can draft your monthly membership dues. If you do not want your dues to debit from the account we have on file, you can make payments at West Hills Athletic Club for the next month’s dues by the last day of the current month. Example: If you don't want your checking account debited or your credit card charged for the Aug. 1 dues, make your payment at the club by July 31.

If you are the lead or primary member, you can add members at any time throughout your membership. You can drop members if you have completed the initial agreement period. To add/drop members, contact a membership advisor at (269) 387-0410 or email. You must sign a form for the add/drop to take effect.
