Owen Berryman

Hi, I’m Owen! I love fitness, and I think it's important to use exercise as a method of self-care so people can feel as good as possible. One of my major life goals is to get a PhD in psychology and become a licensed therapist. Being able to help people reach peak performance both physically and mentally is crucial. To me, fitness is not just how big your muscles are or how much weight you can move. To be physically fit is to be able to move as well as possible in various situations. Because of this, I try to emphasize mobility and balance just as much as strength. I hope to have a positive impact on as many lives as possible and to build a few good relationships in the process.
