Call for Fall Applications: Visiting Scholar and Artist Program

The campus community is invited to apply for the Visiting Scholar and Artist Program (VSAP), which provides funding for academic units to bring distinguished scholars and artists to campus. These visitors engage meaningfully with faculty and students in their disciplines and offer presentations for the broader university and local community.

Grant awards—typically up to $1,500—are announced during the academic year prior to the planned visit. Larger awards may be considered for proposals that involve collaboration across multiple departments or colleges and demonstrate strong engagement with students.

Fall application deadline: September 30
If the deadline falls on a weekend, applications are due by 5 p.m. the following Monday.
