Desktop and Technical Support
Contact business and finance information technology for desktop and technical needs using the support line phone number: (269) 387-3378. The support line operates during the business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to respond to questions and or problems related to the use of desktop computers. This serves as a single point of contact for problem resolution and assistance with general computing questions.
PeopleSoft HR Data Requests
To submit a data request to human resources and business and finance information technology please use the attachment request form and submit your request to: email@example.com.
Anyone within the university may submit PeopleSoft HR data requests.
OBFIT Project Assessment Requests
Use the OBFIT Project Assessment Request form to request an assessment of an idea or need your department may have. This assessment is not a project review; a separate, official project review may be required. If your project requires Banner, PeopleSoft or OIT-supported systems your request may need to be presented to SIT, Change Management or be reviewed with OBFIT and OIT.
