Student-Evaluator Positions
We are not currently hiring, here's some information about positions that may become available in the future.
The Evaluation Lab employs student evaluators in four positions: Evaluation Assistant I, Evaluation Assistant II, Evaluation Associate I, and Evaluation Associate II. All student evaluators begin at the lab in the Evaluation Assistant I position. Student evaluators are first assessed after 30 days of employment and thereafter every six months. After demonstrating readiness for increased responsibility and independence, student evaluators will be reassigned to a position and pay rate that is commensurate with their performance and role in the Lab. All positions contribute to a wide array of program evaluation tasks, with increasing complexity and independence along this pathway, as described below. This pathway reflects a progressive journey through the world of program evaluation, encouraging growth, learning, and leadership at each step of the way.
