TRX Suspension Training—Nov. 2 – Dec. 21

Thursdays @ 5:30–6:15 p.m., 8-week class with Chanda

TRX suspension training is a great way to build strength, improve mobility, increase cardiovascular endurance, and develop core stability by utilizing adjustable straps and bodyweight exercises. It is a great way to get a full-body workout quickly, AND it’s also low-impact!
