"I am responsible for managing the use of resources," Anderson says. "This includes giving students keys and calling them to cancel activities where there are not enough resources. It's all about logistics. My main job is to record the amount of time a student puts on a resource, such as an aircraft or simulator. I enjoy knowing how ETA (the College of Aviation scheduling program) works.
