2. Movement and strength assessment
- Bodyweight Screen:
Squat • Hip hinge • Lunge • Push-up • Plank - Loaded Lifts:
Squat • Deadlift • Press • Pull • Single-leg (60-70% weight) - Sport-Specific:
Jump/land, rotational power, explosive strength, or endurance (based on your sport)
We identify: Movement flaws, strength imbalances, mobility restrictions, technical breakdowns, and compensatory patterns
3. Mobility assessment
- Ankle dorsiflexion
- Hip flexion/extension
- Shoulder range of motion
- Thoracic spine rotation
4. Results and action plan
You receive:
- Strengths: What you do well
- Weaknesses: Technical flaws, imbalances, mobility issues
- Performance impact: How weaknesses limit your sport performance
- Corrective program: 3–5 mobility drills plus 3–5 strengthening exercises
- Training modifications: Adjusted exercise selection
