Bio:

I've been at West Hills since Jan. 2018 and got my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification in July 2025. I've also been teaching Principles of Strength and Conditioning at WMU since August of 2024!

I have a Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification through the National Academy of Sports Nutrition (NASM). I have two bachelor's degrees from WMU one in Exercise Science and the other in Dietetics and I have my masters degree from WMU in Exercise Physiology!
