HYROX Fast and Functional is a hybrid training class designed to build speed, strength, and work capacity through efficient, race-style workouts. Each class blends running or cardio intervals with functional strength movements like sleds, carries, lunges, and pulls—focused on moving well under fatigue.
This class is HYROX-inspired, scalable for all levels, and structured to progress and improve pacing, transitions, and repeatable effort. Athletes can expect a challenging but approachable session that develops real-world fitness, prepares them for HYROX or other hybrid events, and makes them faster and stronger overall.
