HYROX Fast and Functional is a high-performance hybrid class built to push your speed, strength, and endurance to the next level. Expect race-inspired workouts that combine fast-paced running or cardio intervals with functional movements like sled pushes, carries, lunges, and pulls—training you to move efficiently even when fatigue sets in.
This training is led by a certified HYROX performance coach with a HYROX-inspired format. This class challenges advanced athletes while remaining fully scalable for all levels. Each session is structured to sharpen your pacing, improve transitions, and build repeatable effort under pressure.
You’ll leave every workout feeling challenged, accomplished, and stronger—ready to take on HYROX, hybrid competitions, or simply perform at a higher level in everyday life. Train hard. Move better. Get faster. Build real-world fitness.
