The 2026 Weight Loss Challenge offers a team-based program designed to help participants achieve their fitness and nutrition goals. Teams of five–10 members will receive two one-hour training sessions per week with a personal trainer, a customized group workout along to be completed, tailored macro-nutrient plan and guidelines. Teams will be paired with West Hills personal trainers prior to the challenge start date.
Team workout times
Monday and Wednesday:
5–6 a.m.
Noon–1 p.m
5:30–6:30 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday:
5–6 a.m.
8–9 a.m.
12:30–1:30 p.m
5:30–6:30 p.m.
