Conqueror of Complexities

Senior Technical Customer Service Manager, Amazon Robotics

Leading teams and solving complex supply chain issues—this sounds like quite a challenge for most of us, but it is just a day in the life for Justin Dudzinski. He truly enjoys the challenges that come with both of those tasks and his mastery of them has led to success in his career at Amazon.

As an integrated supply management student, Dudzinski launched headfirst into the supply chain field by earning an internship with the organization after his sophomore year. Conquering the lengthy and complex interview process, Dudzinski stood out from the competition and gained a spot in the company’s Delaware facility.

He made quite an impression during his internships, showcasing his Bronco work ethic and knowledge which set him apart. After graduation, he started his career as area manager for one of Amazon’s largest robotic fulfillment centers in North America.

Not one to take it easy, Dudzinski joined Amazon Robotics in 2021, a company within Amazon that develops and deploys fully autonomous mobile robots. He is now leading a technical team that focuses on new and maturing products within the North American supply chain. Combining his leadership skills and technical knowledge is proving to be a key asset in his career advancement.
