Julianna Gegovic is on a roll—and she is not stopping any time soon. Honing the skills she learned in the sales and business marketing program at WMU, she is earning awards and gaining recognition at ADP.
Setting big goals is a way of life for Gegovic. Upon graduation, she set her sights on becoming a successful salesperson as soon as possible. One of the first steps to meeting this goal was taking a position at ADP, a company which she was familiar with from her coursework at Western. She jumped right into her career, earning the honor of President’s Club—an incentive trip earned by the top sales performers—twice within her first three years.
Gegovic credits Western’s Professional Selling class with forming the way she sells and maintains that it is one of her greatest strengths to this day. All this hard work comes with rewards, too. In addition to the President’s Club trips, she recently earned a stay in Aruba for being one of the top two salespeople in her bracket.
Gegovic was also chosen to appear in a commercial to talk about her achievements and why she loves selling at ADP. Additionally, she was recognized as the number one sales representative in the country for a demo challenge where she showcased ADP technology in the most compelling way to a prospective buyer. With her drive, knowledge and a supportive team behind her, this Business Bronco is well on the way to meeting her big goals.

“Purchase my dream home and be completely debt free by 30, travel to Europe for two weeks (Italy, Greece and France) and host a podcast.”
