8:30 a.m. 

  • “Ways to Pay” financial aid presentation, Room 204

8 to 10:30 a.m.

  • University showcase: Explore WMU offices, departments and academic colleges in the East Ballroom, Second Floor

9:15 a.m.

•Welcome, East Ballroom, Second Floor

10 a.m. & 10:45 a.m. 

  • “Ways to Pay” financial aid presentation, Room 204

10 a.m. to 12 p.m. 

  • Learn about Army ROTC opportunities/scholarships. Military dependents/students can complete VA benefit paperwork, room 213
  • Registered Student Organization showcase, First Floor

10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

  • Housing registration, Room 209
  • Orientation registration, Keypad Computer Lab, Ground Floor
  • Pay admissions deposit, President’s Dining Room/Room 113, First Floor
  • One-on-one with financial aid, Rooms 157-159, First Floor
  • Take a campus tour, Room 105
  • Career and Student Employment Services, create your Handshake account to find a job, Brown and Gold Room/Room 2442
  • Visit the honors college, Lee Honors College building
  • Swag pick-up (once passport stamps are completed), First Floor Information Table

10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 

  •  Residence hall and dining tours, all will depart from room 208. The last residence hall tour will leave at 12 p.m. Options tours include Western Heights, the Valleys, and the Valley Dining Center. 

11 a.m. and 2 p.m. 

  •  Study Abroad & Global Engagement, Room 212

12:30 p.m.

  • Arts & Sciences: 1028 Brown Hall
  • Aviation: Lunch in Room 211 of the Bernhard Center. Facility tours will be located at the Aviation Education Center, W.K. Kellogg Airport, 135 Helper Road N, Battle Creek MI 49037-7917 (Tours available until 5 p.m.)
  • Business: Main Lobby of Schneider Hall 
  • Education & Human Development: Main Lobby of Sangren Hall (Tours available until 3 p.m.)
  • Engineering & Applied Sciences: Main Lobby of Floyd Hall, Parkview Campus, 4601 Campus Drive, Kalamazoo, MI 49008 (Tours available until 3:30 p.m.)
  • Fine Arts: Main Lobby of Richmond Center for Visual Arts
  • Health & Human Services: Drive to the CHHS Building, East Campus 1240 Oakland Drive, Kalamazoo, MI 49008
  • Exploratory Advising - Merze Tate College: 1353 Ellsworth Hall
