Speech students work with Senior Day Services guests
Each semester, Allison Mezo, Aphasia Communication Enhancement Speech Clinician at the Western Michigan University Unified Clinics assigns four speech-language pathology students to provide communication support at WMU's Senior Day Services.
Soccer at Senior Day Services
Several Nursing students visited Senior Day Services, part of WMU Adult Wellness Programs, to encourage movement activities. The participants enjoyed a friendly game of seated soccer.

Events
Caregiver Day 2024
In partnership with the Kalamazoo County Health and Community Services Department and Portage Zhang Senior Center, there will be a caregiver day in September.
The goal is to provide caregivers with the opportunity to unwind and recharge while their loves ones attend WMU Senior Day Services.
