“Give Gold” on Oct. 3, 2018! #WMUGivingDay will kick off at midnight that day giving alumni and friends a chance to give back to WMU during our 95th Homecoming week. Any gifts made to WMU during homecoming week, Oct. 1-6, will count toward Giving Day.
Since 1903, Broncos have been helping Broncos succeed at Western Michigan University. WMU Giving Day is the opportunity for Broncos to lift one another up to make WMU the institution of choice in Michigan, and to ensure all students who seek to make a difference in the world have the opportunity to do so with an education from WMU.
Here’s how you can get involved in Giving Day and help support the Center for the Study of Ethics in Society:
Visit mywmu.com/givingday on Oct. 3 and make a gift of any amount. You will be able to designate your gift however you choose, or you can support the following Ethics Center initiatives by writing in any of these designations when you make your gift:
- Ethics Bowl undergraduate team
- Ethics Center lecture series
- Ethics Center book clubs
- Ethics essay contest for undergraduate and graduate students
- Ethics unrestricted development funds
Any gifts made at $55 or more gets you a pair of exclusive Bronco Socks.
If the College of Arts and Sciences reaches 200 donors, we will receive a $5,000 Challenge Gift from one of our generous alumni!
There are also several ways to get involved aside from making a gift. Follow and like the WMU Ethics Center Facebook page for more information on ways you can get involved. Spread the news about WMU Giving Day and encourage your network of Broncos to give back!
