What inspired you to join the Evaluation Lab?
I joined the Evaluation Lab because I’m deeply motivated by promoting social justice and giving back to my community in meaningful ways. My long-term mission is to make technology more accessible and use it to improve people’s lives. I’m especially drawn to hands-on, community-centered work that drives real impact. The Lab’s values strongly align with my own, which inspired me to contribute and grow alongside a team committed to meaningful change.

How does your work in the Lab relate to your career goals?
My career goal is to become a database architect or a CIS professional who leverages data to drive meaningful change. Through the Lab, I’m gaining hands-on experience working with data, analyzing outcomes, and understanding how technology supports community-focused initiatives. This directly aligns with my aspiration to design systems that are both technically strong and socially impactful, allowing me to bridge data, strategy, and real-world impact.
