What inspired you to join the Evaluation Lab?
As a Computer Science student, I was drawn to the Evaluation Lab because it sits at the intersection of technical work and meaningful impact. The Lab's mission of advancing social justice through collaborative, culturally responsive evaluation deeply resonates with my values. Working here means I'll build my skills to drive real change for communities that need it most, which is what inspired me to join.
How does your work in the Lab relate to your career goals?
My goal is to build a meaningful career in data science and analytics where skills and purpose go hand in hand. Working with real evaluation data will sharpen my technical and critical thinking skills, while the Lab's mission ensures that my work contributes to real community impact. The Lab's mentorship and growth structure align perfectly with my vision of becoming a well-rounded, socially conscious data professional.
